RED Article 30(5) Annual Reports

EU reporting obligations

As a recognised voluntary scheme under Directive (EU) 2023/2413 (REDIII), SBP is required, pursuant to Article 30 (5), to submit annually by 30 April a report to the European Commission covering each of the points set out in Annex IX to Regulation (EU) 2018/1999. The report shall cover the preceding calendar year. The annual reports are provided below.
