There are currently five subject-related working groups with the following objectives:
Data Transfer System (DTS)
To support and enhance the integrity of SBP claims, and improve efficiency of data transfer through facilitating simple and secure transmission of relevant, required data between actors in the biomass supply chain.
To ensure that the SBP certification system is compliant with emerging EU legislation concerning sustainability criteria for biomass used in large scale energy production, and that the certification system itself is recognised as such by the relevant authorities.
High conservation values
