SBP governance arrangements consultation
SBP is currently transforming its governance arrangements. The background to the governance transition process and updates on the progress made to date can be viewed here. The new arrangements are on schedule to be in place in early 2019. A brief summary of the new structure can be viewed here.
As part of the process we are now consulting on the key documents that will underpin the new structure and define the core of SBP’s future governance arrangements. All interested parties are invited to submit comments and feedback on:
Board of Directors Terms of Reference
Stakeholder Committee Terms of Reference
Technical Committee Terms of Reference
It is recommended to review the documents in the order as listed above. The Articles of Association comply with the UK Companies Act 2006 and reflect a multi-stakeholder governance system. Please note that the Articles of Association overrule all other documents. Not subject to consultation are the Terms of Reference for the Financial Committee, the Governance Scrutiny Panel and the Nominations Committee, as well as the appendices mentioned in each of the Terms of Reference.
Please use the template provided when commenting on each of the documents. You should submit one comment form per document. Only comments submitted in the correct format will be accepted.
